1️⃣ Access the Form: After you completed a form, go to History and enter the form you want to sync.
2️⃣ Force Sync: Once inside the form, click on the three dots menu at the top right corner and click on Force Form Sync.
This action will synchronize that form with the web app as soon as there is any signal available.

Make your report templates easy to filter by user.

✔ When you are about to download a report template, and you need to search the forms that you want to include, narrow down the options to the ones that were filled by a specific user.
How to filter forms by user when downloading a report.
1️⃣ Configure the report template: Go to the reports section in the main navigation menu. Then, go to the Report Templates tab and select the report template that you want to download.
2️⃣ Activate the mobile user filter: Once in the report template creator, click Format in the upper bar options to reveal the format options. Then, click on the Filters icon and activate the Mobile User checkbox.
3️⃣ Select team member: Go to download reports and select the one you need. You will notice that the Team Member tab will be available to expand. There, you can select a team member.
4️⃣ Select forms and download the report: After you have selected a user, expand the Forms tab. You will see only forms that were filled by the user that you have selected. Include the forms that you want in your report and then click Download.
3. Use form details to Find your Forms Easily.
Introduction
Sometimes you will have a lot of forms with the same name. Use form details to set specific attributes to show on the completed forms tab. This feature uses information entered into your form to show a unique record for quick identification.

How to tag your forms.
1️⃣ Adding a tag
In the form builder, click Show Settings and go to the dropdown menu.
2️⃣ Select a field
Choose one of the fields that appear on the dropdown menu to use it as a tag for your form.
3️⃣ Find your form
Go to Completed Forms and pay attention to the Details column. Here you will find the answer of the selected field.
