Optimizing Team Management with Skuad Feature | Eskuad

Skuads in Eskuad provide a way to compartmentalize your teams, ensuring that members of a skuad have access only to the specific forms, tasks, and reports assigned to that skuad. Here's how to create and manage skuads effectively:

Creating a Skuad

1. Access Skuad Management: Start by clicking on "People" in the navigation bar on the left.
   
   
2. Navigate to Skuads: Once in the People section, click on the "Skuads" tab located at the top of the screen.
   
   
3. Create New Skuad: Click the "Create New" button to initiate the process of creating a new skuad.
   
   
   
   
4. Configure Skuad: In the skuad creation window, add the members, forms, and reports you want this particular group of people to have access to.
   
   
5. Save: Once you've configured the skuad to your satisfaction, click the "Save" button to create and save the skuad.
   
   

Multiple Skuads and Form Access

• If you assign a form to multiple skuads, members in those different skuads will have access to fill out the form, as well as view the data of the completed forms.
• If you wish to change this access for specific forms, you can manage it from inside the form settings.
• Members can belong to more than one skuad, and for this reason, they can have access to forms of all the skuads they belong to.

Once a form is assigned to a skuad, everyone within that skuad can immediately access and fill out the form, and view its completed forms. Admins can create and delete skuads, and Skuad leaders can manage assets within a skuad. For more information on roles, please see Roles.
