- Access Report Templates: Start by clicking on "Reports," then navigate to the "Report Templates" tab, and click the "Create New" button.

- Name Your Template: Give your template a descriptive name to easily locate it later. If you have a specific spreadsheet for formatting purposes, click "Upload Spreadsheet."
- Select the Form: Use the form selector to choose the form which you want to base your report on.
Adding Fields
- Add Fields: You can add fields to your template in one of two ways:
- Click the field on the left and then click the column where you want to place it.
- Alternatively, you can drag and drop the field to your desired location. The field will be displayed on the sheet.
- Auto-populate Fields: To save time, you can use the "Auto-populate" feature to automatically place the fields from the form in the sheet.
Additional Fields
- In addition to form fields, you can include other fields in your report:
- User Info: Adds the name of the user who completed the form.
- Time Sent: Adds the time the form was sent.
- Time Server: Adds the time the form was received by the server.
- Location: Adds the location where the form was filled.
- Autonumeric: Automatically assigns a number (beginning from 1) to the rows where your data is displayed on the sheet.
- Identifier: Adds the form ID.
Formatting
- Customize your report's appearance to suit your preferences. You can set colors for borders, header fill and text, and data fill and text. By clicking the "Filter" button, you can add the ability to search for report records by mobile user and date range.
Saving and Updating Templates
- Once you've configured your template, click "Save," and your new template will be visible in the report template table.
- If you make changes to your form, remember to update your report template accordingly. You can do this by clicking the "Edit" icon.
